Camp P.L.A.Y. '22 was hosted at the Child Development Center in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas. The camp featured games, hands-on science labs, art activities, and other playful learning focused on math, reading, and science.
Learning Presentations
Camp culminated in students' multimedia learning projects, which they shared with other students and staff at the C.D.C.
By the Numbers
Camp P.L.A.Y. '22 featured:
40+ hours of volunteer counselor work from local high school/college students
5 weeks of fun-filled camp
12 different games, labs, crafts, and learning activities
9 campers preparing to enter the fourth grade
8 learning activities/supplies given to each student at the conclusion of camp so they could continue their summer learning
